Who is responsible?
[Bedrijfsnaam] ([Adres, postcode, plaats], reg. no. [KvK-nummer]) is responsible for processing the data of businesses using SnoutDesk. For data of dog owners and dogs, the boarding or grooming business is responsible; we process that data on their behalf.
What data do we process?
Of businesses: name, email address, company details, billing details and usage data. On behalf of businesses: owner details (name, email, phone), dog details (intake, vaccinations, photos) and bookings.
For what purpose?
To provide the service, manage accounts, invoice, offer support and keep the service secure and improve it.
Legal basis
Performance of the contract, legal obligations (such as tax record keeping) and our legitimate interest in a secure service.
Where is the data stored?
In Microsoft Azure data centres in the European Union. The AI assistant uses Azure OpenAI within the EU data zone. We never sell data.
How long?
As long as your account is active and up to 30 days thereafter, except data we must keep longer by law, such as invoices (7 years).
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or port your data and object to processing. Email us at administratie@alp-ict.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Security
Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored hashed and documents are only accessible to the business that received them.
